Maggie Vercoe is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at T2 Systems. She is responsible for creating a company-wide culture of delivering customer success and overseeing specific deliverables in departments that regularly care for their existing customers. The overarching responsibilities are to provide consistent communication, support, and customer advocacy for these customers that results in a high percentage of retention and customer satisfaction.
Maggie has twenty years of experience in software implementation, training, business analysis, and inside sales. She began her career at T2 in 2002 as an installation and training manager and has moved through the ranks there with responsibilities in sales, implementation and client engagement.
She is an excellent relationship builder, communicator, problem-solver, and negotiator.
Maggie is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
